  • At Notes360, we uphold a strict no refund and no return policy. However, there is an exception to this policy. You are entitled to a refund only in the case where you have not been allotted the course after payment.
  • Our commitment is to ensure that our customers receive the products and services they have purchased promptly and efficiently. If, for any reason, you encounter an issue where you have made a payment but have not been allocated the course, we will initiate a refund process promptly.
